Resolve Incidents.

Incidents on assets can be resolved on the EzeeTracker application.

Good to Know

An Incident occurs when an alert is violated.

Resolve all your incidents with the "resolve" button

  • The incidents menu allows unresolved incidents to be resolved

  • Navigate through "resolved" and "unresolved" incidents with the left side menu

  • To resolve incidents click on the “resolve” Button
